AccessDiff has the ability to compare two folders of databases.  By default AccessDiff will only search for *.mdb, *.accb, and *.adp files.  To compare two folders, click the Compare Two Folders tab, select Folder 1 and Folder 2 and then click the Compare button.  In the example below two folders named Folder 1 and Folder 2 are compared.  The folder comparison supports wildcard patterns. 

The Select Objects tab does not apply when comparing two folders.
